We are very interested in working with our clients to find the best system for them. To achieve that, we have a very consultative approach. We usually begin with an online meeting to hear your needs and interests and we review the systems that we have to determine which one seems best suited for you.

The next step is often an in-home audition of the system. We bring it to your home (or office, wherever), set up the system, hear how it sounds in your room. That way we can all be certain of how it sounds and you can see how it works.

You can hear our systems in your home. Really.

We review our systems with you in an online meeting. We go into detail about what is important to you and we see which system or systems are most likely to meet your criteria. Then we bring them out for you to hear in your home -- we take out as many of the variables as possible.

It usually takes about an hour to an hour and a half to set up the system, spend some time listening to it, and pack things up.

We focus on making the installation, set up, and learning process as painless as possible. We bring in the units, set them up, help you install the apps on your phone or tablets, and get you up and running. You are not left to figure it out in your own.

Our goal is to make certain that you are happy with your system. That is why we spend so much time ahead of any sale to make sure that the system sounds great in your home and you are comfortable with how to use it.

Even so, there are occasionally times when you need to return a system. To make sure that everyone has enough time to make up their mind, we have a 60-day retun policy for refund.

The only fine print is that the equipment has to be in sellable condition. If the equipment is not in sellable condition, there may be a restocking fee of 15%.

We are focusing on making an amazing musical experience for you, helping you make one part of your home a sanctum sanctorum.

Surround sound systems can be fun, but they are usually complex. And they require five speakers, sometimes seven, a sub-woofer, sometimes more than one. That can dilute a budget pretty quickly. So, we focus on making one room with arrestingly good sound quality.

We can help get music into remote rooms as well, but again, we try to make it both easy and better-than-expected sound quality. We are glad to review these options with you as part of a system solution.

We curate, we assemble systems that sound great together and work seamlessly. So we focus on selling complete solutions.

We do have some "off the menu" pieces on the higher end -- amplifiers, pre-amplifiers, speakers. We treat the evaluation of these pieces the same way, by bringing them to your home. Please contact us for more information.
