What do we do?
How do we amaze you with great sound?
How can we provide you a great musical experience? It starts with an understanding of your needs and wants. The first contact is usually via a phone all or web conference. We want to find out:
- What sources you use -- streaming services, CDs, vinyl, radio, anything you want
- Where you want to use it -- in what room in your home do you want to create amazing sound?
- How do you want to control your system -- There are several very, very good apps for controlling the sound from your phone or tablet. We can also configure for voice control via Alexa for some systems.
Once we have an understanding of what you are looking to do, we review our curated systems to find the one or two that would be best suited to your needs.
We have evaluated components, speakers, and the apps from many different manufacturers. We have selected a very elite number to partner with to provide you with a system that will deliver an amazing experience.
We have also listened to the various systems to hear what speakers match best with which amplifiers, how the apps work, and more -- in short, we have lived with the system you will be listening to and we know that it delivers.
Your home is the best place to audition a system -- because you can listen for yourself how it will sound, you can use the app, you can see how it will look in your room. For these reasons, we generally bring the system to your home and set it up for you to audition.
We will be there to show you how it works, we will listen together to evaluate the sound quality in your home, and we will show you how to use the app to bring your music alive in your home.
Then we will pack it up and be out of your way.

Why do we want to provide audio systems to music lovers?
More than anything, we are music enthusiasts. It is because we enjoy music so much that we want to help other people hear music -- the music they love, that is their favorite -- in the highest quality that they have heard.
We are also gear enthusiasts. It is remarkable the sound quality and ease-of-use available today. We are in awe of it, with so many good choices. The equipment has been an interest, a hobby, and a livelihood for us and we want to be your guide to finding the best match of equipment for you. We want to be your trusted advisor, an Audio Concierge if you will.
What is included in a system?
The systems start with everything that you need to bring fine music into your home.
- Speakers -- some systems have smaller (bookshelf) speakers, and others have floor-standing speakers
- An amplifier -- this has the streaming built-in and provides the power to drive the speakers
- Associated wires and cables -- wire that connects speakers to the amp, power protection, the unseen things
- Installation of hardware -- we bring the system out, unbox it, connect it, and clean up
- Setup and instruction on the app -- we configure the app to connect your streaming services and any other sources and provide instructions on how to use the app
Our systems are curated -- we do our work ahead of time to make sure that they work well together. The systems can also be bespoke -- we can make them fit your exact needs. Some of the common, optional customizations we provide are:
- Turntable -- if you are a vinyl enthusiast, or just beginning that journey, we've got you covered
- CD Player -- so you can still listen to those CDs in the traditional way
- Speaker stands -- some smaller speakers work better on stands, we have those specifically for each model
- Digitizing CD library -- if you have a number of CDs and you would prefer to have them converted to digital files stored on your home network, we can do that for you
Do you deliver and set up?
It is all about your musical enjoyment. We take care of everything else.
Each Curated Audio music system includes delivery, setup of the equipment, and setting up of the app and streaming services. These basic delivery and setup services are included in the price of each system.
If there is more complexity to the installation -- the equipment is to be located in a different room than the speakers, etc. -- we can provide a quote for the work to be done.

If your system isn't hitting all those marks, we will make sure that we get it there. And you have 60 days to return your system for an exchange or refund.
